#2. The Location—A simple walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, grocery shopping and is central to everything in Kapaa, Kauai. It is a 30 minute drive to the next shopping location.
#3. Walking Path – A one minute walk away from the brand new, $15 million dollar, ocean front walking path/ bike path.
#4. Baby Beach— a short stroll away is Baby Beach. It is a very nice, safe beach with new public restrooms, barbeque grills and tables and chairs for you to relax. This beach has full sun and some areas in the shade — This is a very popular beach for the kids or for people who do not want deep water ocean or high surf activities.
#5. Surfboards – We have surfboards and body boards for you to use at the house.
#6. Personal Service – Steve has been living in Hawaii for over 38 years and, if he is available, he can help you have a great vacation. He will explain where to go, how to get there and where the safest areas are. We want your stay here to be the best.
#7. Solitude – Quiet location with no distractions.
#8. The View – Beautiful Ocean and Stream views. You will love it.
#9. The soft gentle breeze – The Hawaiian Trade winds blow most of the time. This keeps it nice and comfortable most of the year with no need for A/C.
#10. Easy Parking – You can park right next to the house. No long walks or paying for parking.
#11. The price — There are NO other single family houses, this size, for only $295.00 per night.
#12 Certified – Many of the surrounding vacation rental houses were recently shut down due the lack of vacation rental certification. As of October 2009, we are the only one in this area with the certification.
#12. The house is well equipped. A brand new 52” inch HD Sony Television, Free internet and other amenities.
#14. No Bugs— Many Vacation Rentals with lush gardens have mosquitoes and other pests. They can ruin your vacation. You will not find that here. The occasional ant is common.
We take a lot of pride in customer satisfaction and go out of our way to make your stay pleasant. Over 50% of our guests are returning guests, friends or referrals. We have had Hollywood movies production companies, wedding parties and family get- togethers stay here. It is a truly special place and we hope you enjoy your stay.
